Our Software Licenses

When a software product has been downloaded, it must be 'unlocked' before it can be used. The same 'Unlock' process applies to both Java and .Net software. The unlock process is started automatically when a newly installed product is first started up. The user is prompted, and then the software completes the process automatically.

To unlock the software, you must enter a 20 character product license unlock code. This code will be provided to you on request, either by ourselves, or by a reseller.

If you were connected to the Internet when you performed the unlock process, then you will also receive confirmation of the details by e-mail.
